In the period from June 1, 2022, to May 31, 2024, RAISE has contributed to the development of a new and sustainable integrated support framework for startups.

This framework fosters startup growth and scale-up within and across Europe in all its dimensions, from initial funding, research support to public incentives and internationalisation. RAISE has promoted competitive business models, unconventional collaborations, and solutions from all over Europe, and contributed to the establishment of a true EU startup ecosystem, not based on a single city or region, but linking all of them together.

Launch a Community of Practice through Creation of

An Interconnected Startup Space

We established sustainable and in-depth links between the partners and local or regional, or national ecosystems and launched a community of practice that has contributed to an interconnected space and will facilitate the growth of scale-ups in Europe.

Common Action Plan Development Supporting

New Startup Business Models

We designed, refined and further developed a common action plan for supporting new startup business models into solid technical and conceptual frameworks at the EU and global level, from the conceptual, technical, financial, societal, and legal points of view.

Common Action Plan Highlighting

Best Practices/Policies

We have mapped and promoted support activities to startups conducted at the regional level across Europe and mobilised regional efforts to address relevant barriers to startups’ growth, such as harmonisation of policies and regulations, access to talent, and major research infrastructures.

RAISE specifically aimed to link the following stakeholders:

0
regions represented under SERN
0
Investors/EBAN members
0
Innovation and Development Agencies in EURADA
0
researchers worldwide via ICORSA’s member associations
0
