Organised by the RAISE team and led by the International Consortium of Research Staff Associations (ICoRSA), this event explored how tech is driving innovation, helping in the real world, and supporting talent in the startup world. One standout session, held on November 16, 2023, was all about “Using Technology and Data for Talent Matching,” featuring insights from Peter Oraya of Oxford Aptitude Limited.

Massimiliano Ruzzeddu is a tenured researcher in sociology at the University Niccolò Cusano in Rome.
